View older postsIngredients 1 cup natural peanut butter ½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder ½ cup old-fashioned oats ⅓ cup honey ¼ cup small or mini chocolate chips 2–4 tablespoons milk, as needed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Directions In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the protein powder and oats. Add the mini chocolate chips and mix until combined. If the mixture is too dry to roll, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds together. Roll into approximately 16–20 bite-sized balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Optional Protein Boost For even more protein, replace a few tablespoons of oats with additional protein powder or add powdered peanut butter.

Cook another 15–20 minutes until heated through. Add the lime juice and stir. To Serve: Spoon cooked rice into bowls. Top with the salsa chicken mixture and finish with your favorite toppings.

Ken's, your home town grocery store, has been proudly serving the city of American Falls since 1973.
Ken and Cathy Garner, along with their six children, opened Ken's Food Market on October 29th, 1973. They brought with them a love for people and providing quality service and products. Today Ken's is owned and operated by two of their children, Rodney and Sherrie, who continue to pass down those same values to customers.
